This role demands deep knowledge of payment schemes, regulatory concerns, and hands-on analytics to shape the platform for global crypto and fiat payments. You will influence backlog, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation while ensuring

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business analysis or project management experience.
• Experience in payments, PSP, and crypto domains.
• Interest or experience with blockchain technologies.
• Experience gathering requirements from cross-functional groups.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira & Confluence.
• Advanced knowledge of data manipulation and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive discussions with product managers and SMEs to understand processes and negotiate solutions.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses on technology solutions.
• Inform business decisions through data analysis.
• Translate requirements into actionable user stories.
• Support and manage product backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Review user stories with developers for understanding and scoring.
• Draft technical and non-functional requirements; describe system behavior.
• Write test cases and coordinate UAT to ensure business needs are met.
