Job summary

A leading renewable energy company in Stockholm is seeking a Partner Manager to build and grow relationships with channel partners and key account clients. You will manage a portfolio of over 65 partners and ensure they receive outstanding support. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in partner management or sales, with a strong track record in B2B negotiations and a degree in a related field. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in partner management, sales, or alliances.
  • Proven track record managing large partner portfolios.
  • Exceptional negotiator and communicator.
  • Fluent in English (Swedish a plus).

The Role

As our Partner Manager, you’ll build and grow strategic relationships with both new and existing channel partners, integrators, and key account clients. You’ll own the commercial lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement to performance reviews and contract renewals, ensuring partners are equipped and motivated to drive mutual growth. You will also be responsible for nurturing our current portfolio of 65+ partners, ensuring they receive best-in-class support and continue to expand their contribution to Qurrent’s success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Existing Partner Portfolio Management
    • Act as primary liaison for our network of 65+ partners; conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and joint business-planning sessions
  • Strategic Partnership Development
    • Identify, recruit and onboard new partners (EPCs, asset owners, OEMs) aligned with Qurrent’s GTM strategy; negotiate agreements and set shared KPIs
  • Key Account Management
    • Own business reviews, pipeline forecasts, renewals and upsells for top-tier customers and alliances
  • Enablement, Training & Education
    • Design and deliver sales-enablement materials, technical trainings, playbooks, webinars, workshops and co-selling sessions
    • Serve as a skilled presenter and educator, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Track partner metrics (revenue, deal velocity, win rates, NPS) and produce monthly reports
    • Recommend optimizations to territory assignments, incentive structures and engagement models
  • Success Metrics & Accountability
    • You will be measured primarily on partner-driven sales growth and partner satisfaction scores
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience & Skills
    • 3+ years in partner management, sales, key account management or alliances. Ideally in energy, cleantech or SaaS
    • Proven track record managing large partner portfolios
    • Strong sales background with demonstrated success in negotiating and closing B2B contracts
    • Deep understanding of energy markets is a strong plus
    • Strong financial acumen: modeling deal economics, pricing and margin splits

  • Relationship & Communication
    • Exceptional negotiator, presenter and educator; fluent in English (Swedish a plus)

    • Data-driven: experienced working with CRM-systems
    • Organized self-starter capable of designing scalable partner programs
  • Team Player
    • Collaborative spirit; comfortable with travel to partner sites and industry events. Driver’s license is needed in the role
  • Education & Background
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
