You’ll own the fraud operations framework and lead a hands-on team, while working with external vendors to keep expertise in-house and continuously improve performance.

You’ll drive data-driven decisions, define KPIs, and bridge operations with prevention, detection, and investigation to elevate overall fraud outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fraud operations, fintech/payments or similar.
• Led teams while performing hands-on operational work.
• Experience with process improvement and scalable solutions.
• Familiar with fraud tooling, case management systems and workflows.
• Data-driven decision making with KPI definition.
