Job summary

Systematic Growth is seeking a detail-oriented student to join our finance and operations function part-time in Stockholm. You will support back-office tasks including invoices, bank transactions, KYC/AML processes and database maintenance, while gaining practical insight into how a private equity firm operates.

You will work closely with our finance team and contribute to day-to-day operations, with development opportunities over time based on your experience and interests.

Qualifications

• Currently studying business and administration, finance or a related university degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the finance analyst and CFO.
• Scan, organize and maintain invoices and other financial documentation.
• Assist with administrative preparations before and after acquisitions.
• Manage and follow up on KYC and AML processes.
• Process bank transactions.
• Update internal registers, lists and databases.
• Coordinate with external advisers, banks and portfolio companies.
