Job summary

IsaDora Cosmetics is seeking a Junior Accountant (80%) to join our Finance team in Malmö. This permanent part-time role reports to the CFO and offers a flexible workplace with at least three days on site at our Malmö headquarters.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Approximately 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience working with an ERP or accounting system.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Process and post supplier invoices.
• Prepare payment runs and handle supplier inquiries.
• Process customer payments and receipts.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and support reminder processes.
• Assist with customer and supplier account reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Support general ledger accounting and journal entries.
• Participate in daily accounting activities and month-end routines.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team and other departments when needed.
