Job summary

Heimstaden Bostad in Malmö invites a part-time student intern to join the Group Accounting team for a 3-month assignment with potential extension. The role focuses on hands-on accounting and reporting support, offering close collaboration with experienced professionals in a dynamic real estate environment.

You will handle accounts payable, expense processing, and assist with monthly and quarterly closings, gaining practical experience while balancing studies.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree with 2+ years of study.
• Strong numerical and accounting understanding.
• Excellent IT skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payables from A-Z in 3 Scandinavian countries.
• Processing employees’ expenses.
• Reconciliation of transactions between bank and accounting system.
• Accounting of financial transactions.
• Support for monthly and quarterly closing processes such as reconciliations of GL accounts, e.g. bank, fixed assets, periodization, invoicing and reinvoicing.
• Support for ad hoc tasks.
