Vattenfall is seeking a Senior Finance Project Manager to lead strategic development projects for the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes within Finance Business Support.

In this international role you will drive standardisation and optimisation of P2P, contribute to the Next Generation ERP S/4HANA transformation, and mentor project teams.

Fluency in English, strong leadership and collaboration are essential as you engage with multiple business units across regions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with finance processes, especially P2P.
• Proven project management experience and ability to lead change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive strategic P2P projects across Vattenfall's units and geographies.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization.
• Support Subledger Leadership in planning, structure and follow-up.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables using OKR framework.
• Mentor process experts and provide hands-on PM support.
