• 10+ years of project management experience in cross-functional environments.
• Solid understanding of the energy industry and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects prioritized by BA Markets Project Portfolio Board ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Structure solutions into clear work packages and coordinate delivery across agile teams.
• Conduct intake assessments for new initiatives to improve planning quality and execution.
• Contribute to development of PM/IM framework and IM AI agent within BA Markets.
• Support evolution of Agile ways of working in BA Markets in collaboration with Agile CoE.
• Navigate competing priorities, solve complex problems, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
