Job summary

Oyster World Rally is seeking a Captain & Cook/Stew couple to join a world cruising program aboard an Oyster 565, with the yacht privately owned by a couple who sail and host friends onboard during various legs.

The Captain must hold YM Ocean and bring strong offshore sailing experience; the Cook/Stew should have sailing yacht experience. The couple will share galley duties and maintain a collaborative onboard environment through Australia, Indonesia, Réunion, Cape Town, Brazil and Antigua.

Qualifications

• Captain must hold YM Ocean minimum and offshore sailing experience.
• Cook/Stew must have sailing yacht experience.

Responsibilities

• Captain: manage sailing operations, passage planning, and onboard safety.
• Cook/Stew: handle galley and interior, prepare meals, keep yacht clean and maintained.
• Owners onboard for most of the program; work closely with them.
