Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues – from orders and technical support to payment and claims, and see them through to resolution.
• Collaborate with other functions to handle order changes, expediting, tracking, credit management, and account management.
• Work with SAP and electronic order systems, spotting ways to make processes better.
• Analyze data and metrics to forecast and optimize our operations.
• Keep meticulous records and make smart decisions within your area.
