Job summary

ABB is seeking a senior Marketing & Communications leader to drive the strategy and execution across Sweden and Norway. You will partner with business leaders to shape brand positioning, run integrated campaigns, and manage external agencies and events.

The role requires hands-on content creation, digital marketing, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will lead a small team, steer budgets, and collaborate with sales to launch initiatives that accelerate growth while elevating ABB's presence

Qualifications

• Proven B2B marketing and communications experience at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience in industrial or technology-driven environments with measurable results.
• Budget management across multiple initiatives.
• Hands-on content creation, digital marketing, events and media relations experience.
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage external agencies and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy, roadmap and annual activity plan to support business growth.
• Define communication priorities and manage the budget for maximum business impact.
• Advise business leaders on brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
• Plan, execute and follow up on integrated campaigns and product launches with the sales organization.
• Create and distribute external content — customer cases, articles, press materials and leadership communications.
• Manage digital channels and social media to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Plan and deliver customer events, trade fairs and market presence activities.
• Lead and develop a small team while managing external agencies and suppliers.
