Job summary

Telia Company in Sweden is seeking an Order & Delivery Coordinator to join our Delivery & Billing IoT team. You will coordinate customer deliveries end-to-end, support onboarding of IoT customers, and help ensure accurate billing to enable a smooth customer experience.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across stakeholders, drive process improvements, and participate in projects. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and experience with coordination or delivery roles will

Job description

We’re looking for an Order & Delivery Coordinator to join us at Telia.

I’m Evelina Staar, Manager of Delivery & Billing IoT, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on onboarding IoT customers, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring accurate billing processes that support a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate customer deliveries end-to-end while contributing to process improvements, operational excellence, and the successful introduction of new products.

• Coordinate and manage customer orders together with colleagues and customers
• Drive improvements and efficiencies across the order and delivery flow
• Participate in and, when needed, lead projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with Delivery Specialists to implement new and updated products
• Create, maintain, and improve routines, processes, and documentation

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where operational tasks, development activities, and projects run in parallel. You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of your work while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Relevant education or equivalent experience
• Experience from coordination, administration, or delivery-focused roles

• Structured way of working with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your priorities effectively
• Confidence to challenge and speak up when needed
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Experience within IoT and/or telecommunications is considered a strong advantage
