Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in optical/photonic/physics or related field
At least 1 year of professional optical engineering experience
Strong technical interest and analytical problem-solving
Ability to translate technical requirements into engineering solutions
Good communication and collaboration with stakeholders
Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive work
Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate optical concepts and system solutions.
Translate technical needs into optical requirements and specifications.
Perform optical modelling, simulation, and analysis.
Design and develop lens, imaging, or illumination solutions.
Build and evaluate prototypes.
Plan and perform optical tests and measurements.
Analyze test results and improve optical performance.
