Job summary

Electrolux Group offers a Process Development & Operating Model Intern role at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. You’ll join the Connectivity organization to support end-to-end process design and rollout of a new operating model, acting as a junior internal consultant on a major transformation.

You will map processes, interview stakeholders, analyze data, and help prepare leadership materials. Hybrid work in Stockholm with 6-month full-time duration, for active students in related programs.

Qualifications

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Graduation date December 2027 or later.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure complex topics into clear processes and presentations.
• Curious, proactive and interested in process improvement, organizational design, consulting, or business operations.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support process mapping and documentation across the Connectivity organization.
• Translate discussions into clear process descriptions, flowcharts and visuals (PowerPoint).
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture insights.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and help propose process improvements.
• Assist in designing and refining operating model components and governance.
