As our Operations Transformation Expert, you play a key role in driving initiatives that improve and transform operations. You contribute to developing ways of working that support long-term efficiency and innovation. This is a hands‑on role where you stay close to production, spend time on the shop floor, and are ready to step in when support is needed.
The location for this position is globally flexible, close to one of our Production Unit sites.
You bring a strong background in operations, transformation, or a related field, paired with a genuine interest in driving change and improvement. With solid operational knowledge and the confidence to act in a senior capacity, you understand what it takes to support production in practice – not only from a strategic perspective. Experience from global or industrial environments helps you navigate complexity and deliver results. You’re visible, present and proactive in the production environment, with a practical approach and the seniority to guide others when situations call for it. You’re adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and new ideas are encouraged.
