What the role is about

As Operations Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting the operational and strategic development of our portfolio companies – most of which are in early phases of their journey. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, take on cross-functional challenges, and act as a hands-on problem solver where structure is still in the making. You are based in Gothenburg or elsewhere, and work with teams across Europe. Travel is a natural part of the role – sometimes short trips, sometimes longer stays – depending on where your support is needed most. This is a role for someone who’s comfortable getting things done without a playbook and who thrives in dynamic environments.

What you’ll be doing

• Act as an internal incubator: Support startups operationally and strategically to help them reach stability and efficiency.

• Lead cross-functional projects: From business development to operations, finance, or product – wherever a challenge or opportunity arises, you step in.

• Drive clarity in chaos: Design simple solutions that stick, even in complex or unclear situations.

• Collaborate with founders and owners: Be a trusted team player and colleague in both planning and execution.

• Own your work: Identify what matters, act on it, and drive results independently.
