Job summary

NKT is seeking a Site Manager to oversee onshore operations across Sweden and Denmark, coordinating activities, ensuring electrical safety, and serving as the on-site customer contact. The role is based in Brøndby or Malmö with ~30 days of travel across Scandinavia.

You’ll report to the Head of Onshore Operation and collaborate with project managers and jointers to deliver high-quality, safe outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• Background as an electrician or marine engineer.
• Professional proficiency in Danish and English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, or Procore.
• Experience from the utility sector or industrial projects (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities and time registration on-site.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
• Act as the customer contact during site operations.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety and QHSE procedures.
• Support technical tasks and participate in jointing training.
