Job summary

NKT is seeking a Site Manager for Onshore Operations in Sweden, particularly in Brøndby or Malmö. This role involves delivering high-voltage cable projects, coordinating on-site activities, ensuring electrical safety, and maintaining project documentation. The candidate should have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, experience as an electrician or marine engineer, and proficiency in Danish and English. The position aims to support sustainable infrastructure across Northern Europe.

Qualifications

Site Manager – Onshore Operations

Join NKT’s Grid Solution business as a Site Manager and take part in delivering high‑voltage cable projects that support the green transition across Northern Europe. In this role you will coordinate on‑site activities, ensure electrical safety, and collaborate with customers and teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and coordinate on‑site operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
• Act as the key on‑site contact for customers and support the team in delivering consistent, high‑quality work.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety and QHSE procedures.
• Support technical tasks and participate in jointing training.
• Report to the Head of Onshore Operation and work closely with project managers and jointers.

Location & Travel

The position is based in Brøndby or Malmö, with travel across Scandinavia (approximately 30 days per year).

Qualifications
