Job summary

Autoliv seeks a structured finance professional to lead its OneStream consolidation solution. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders across Group, Divisions and Functions and our technical teams, ensuring data quality, governance and compliance.

You will own the consolidation process, drive improvements, coordinate changes across a global organization, and develop a long-term roadmap for OneStream within Autoliv’s Financial Control Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience with finance consolidation and group reporting (US GAAP/IFRS).
• Fluency in English is required; OneStream knowledge is a plus.

Are you a structured and collaborative finance professional looking for an international environment where finance, technology and business come together? Do you have a strong understanding of financial consolidation and experience working with finance systems and transformation?

As Autoliv’s OneStream Consolidation Solution Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the OneStream consolidation solution, ensuring it continues to meet business requirements, reporting regulations, and best practices.

Working as an extension of the Financial Control Team, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders across Group, Divisions and Functions and our technical teams. You will support the business in day-to-day operations while ensuring high standards of data quality, governance and process integrity. The role combines business understanding, finance expertise and system knowledge, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, simplification and long-term development of the solution.

Your work will include

• Take ownership of Autoliv’s OneStream consolidation solution.
• Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support smooth and efficient day-to-day business operations.
• Ensure data integrity, governance and compliance with relevant reporting requirements.
• Lead change initiatives, enhancements and impact assessments.
• Coordinate complex system improvements and ensure effective implementation.
• Develop and maintain the long-term roadmap for the OneStream solution.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplification of processes.
• Maintain documentation, training materials and user guidance.
• Provide administrative and troubleshooting support.
• Promote best practices and ensure robust processes across the solution.

Experience

We are looking for a finance professional with a strong combination of experience in finance, financial consolidation and systems. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field, and have a strong understanding of financial consolidation processes, including group reporting, US GAAP, IFRS/local GAAP and intercompany eliminations.

You have experience working with consolidation and reporting systems, as well as a good understanding of Record to Report processes from an end-to-end perspective. Experience working with controls, audit compliance and data integrity is important, as is previous experience within finance transformation and/or system management.

Fluency in English is required. OneStream knowledge is considered an advantage.
