Job summary

Autoliv invites a seasoned Global Solution Lead to optimize OneStream xP&A forecasting and planning, acting as the key owner and governance steward for the platform.

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, drive enhancements, and shape the long-term roadmap for FP&A, budgeting and scenario planning within our global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA would be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in enterprise planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning).
• Experience designing driver-based and multidimensional planning models.
• Hands-on experience with EPM tools and systems management (OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning).
• OneStream Certified Professional is preferred.
• Experience in finance transformation.
• Proficiency in data modeling (dimensions, hierarchies, allocations, assumptions).

In this role you will be responsible for improving Autoliv’s OneStream forecasting and planning solution, ensuring it meets business needs and reporting standards acting as an extension of the Business Control Team.

The role acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving system enhancements, supporting operations, and safeguarding data quality and processes. It involves leading change initiatives, coordinating complex enhancements, and ensuring robust governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.

In addition, the role includes administrative tasks, troubleshooting support, oversees documentation and training, and drives continuous improvement and simplification of processes.

In This Role You Will

• Worked as a Financial Controller at some point, preferably at a manufacturing company
• Experience from enterprise planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)
• Experience designing driver-based and multidimensional planning models
• Hands‑on experience with EPM tools & systems management (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning)
• OneStream Certified Professional is preferred
• Experience in finance transformation
