Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an Implementation Consultant to serve as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. You will manage several projects in parallel, while working both independently and with teams across Product, Sales, and Support.

The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to train end users and supervise complex configurations. A hybrid work model is offered with opportunities to contribute to large-scale implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to manage project plans and timelines.
• Experience resolving customer issues promptly.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Sales and Support teams.
• Supporting pre-sales activities including demonstrations and scoping.
• Hands-on configuration, implementation and testing of applications.

Responsibilities

• Bring 5–8 years of IT integrations and configuration experience.
• Understand AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing regulations across EU and APAC.
• Deliver end-user and super-user training; make configuration decisions.
• Act as a specialist in large implementation projects.
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management.
• Resolve customer support issues effectively.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and partners.
• Support pre-sales activities including software demos and scoping.
• Customize and configure applications per specifications.
• Design, develop and document project deliverables.
