About the Role
Senior Client Project Manager – Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Pagero Professional Services team
- Take overall ownership of complex implementation projects, leading cross‑functional teams – including sales, technical consultants, product development, and other departments – to deliver on time, within budget, and to agreed success criteria.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, engaging with key stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define success metrics, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Define and validate project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, using industry‑standard tools and methodologies.
- Provide regular, structured reporting on project status, risks, and issues to both client and internal leadership, recommending and implementing corrective actions where needed.
- Manage project budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks, implementing robust governance and escalation paths.
- Lead decision‑making and problem‑solving activities, facilitating resolution of complex issues across teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation, including plans, requirements, and lessons learned, is complete, current, and appropriately stored and shared.
- Champion best practices, standards, and continuous improvement in project management across the team, mentoring and supporting more junior colleagues where appropriate.
About You
- Significant, demonstrable experience leading complex customer‑facing projects, ideally within a global or multinational environment.
- Proven experience managing global customers and delivering projects across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
- A solid educational background; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience with e‑invoicing or ERP implementations is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior stakeholder levels and communicate effectively in English with both clients and internal teams.
