Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a Watch Sales Specialist to join onboard retail teams on cruise ships worldwide. You will deliver a premium guest experience, guide guests through high-value watch purchases and represent premium and Swiss brands with expertise.

Role requires strong product knowledge, confidence with luxury watch sales, and the ability to build relationships with guests across diverse international markets. Excellent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Experience with premium or Swiss watch brands.
• Ability to guide guests through high-value purchases.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximize watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, assess needs and recommend pieces.
• Explain features and value, invite handling and ownership.
• Support onboard events and promotions to generate interest.
• Maintain product presentation, assist with stock and compliance.
• Build trust with guests considering significant purchases.
