Job summary

Harding+ is recruiting motivated Chanel Beauty Advisors to join our onboard retail teams at sea. You will showcase Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance, delivering personalized service to guests from around the world and conducting full makeovers to drive product adoption.

We seek individuals with strong premium beauty knowledge, exceptional face-to-face sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, shipboard environment.

Qualifications

• Premium beauty experience and knowledge of Chanel or similar brands.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and conversion skills.
• Able to perform makeovers and engage guests on shipboard.

Responsibilities

• Live and work on a cruise ship aboard a global route.
• Promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests.
• Conduct full makeovers and demonstrate techniques to guests.
• Provide personalized product advice based on skin type and preferences.
• Meet and exceed Chanel sales targets through consultative selling.
• Coordinate with Chanel team and cruise staff for events and stock display.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Create an exceptional onboard retail experience and drive guest traffic.
