Job summary
Harding on board is seeking a Chanel Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised service to guests from around the world. You will showcase Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrances, perform makeovers, and provide expert product advice to tailor recommendations to skin needs and preferences.
You will operate in a high-energy, luxury retail environment at sea, driving sales targets through demonstrations and events, with accommodation and meals provided on board.
Qualifications
- Strong retail background and knowledge of premium beauty products
- Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability
- Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Proven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury items
- Adaptable to change in a high-pressure environment
- A strong team player with goal orientation
Responsibilities
- Living and working on a cruise ship and being stationed aboard
- Promotes Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests
- Performs full makeovers and demonstrates techniques to guests
- Provides advice on Chanel products according to skin type and preferences
- Meets and exceeds sales targets through consultative selling
- Drives events and stock management to maximize guest engagement and sales
