Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field.
• 3+ years as Quantity Surveyor on construction or energy projects.
• Experience in quantity verification, valuations, payment applications, change management and claims assessment.
• Sound knowledge of contracts, measurement principles and commercial documentation.
• Ability to analyze technical and commercial information and work independently with a structured approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; EPCM or client-side exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review Bills of Quantities, scopes of work, schedules of rates and contract documents; identify discrepancies and cost impacts.
• Verify contractor quantities, progress, completed work, and payments; prepare valuations and cost assessments.
• Review contractor submissions for completeness, accuracy and contractual compliance; coordinate clarifications.
• Assess variations, change orders, and claims, including entitlement and exposure.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support Cost Control and project reporting; uphold QS standards.
