Job summary

Hacksaw Studios AB in Stockholm is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and support game projects from concept through to release. You will act as a central point of coordination between departments, helping teams stay aligned with timelines, quality standards, and creative goals.

You will own project plans, schedules, milestones, and priorities, facilitate kick-offs and reviews, and keep the Team Lead and stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or production in gaming or related sectors.
• A structured, organized, and proactive approach to your work.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and clarify responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with ownership of assigned project areas.
• Ability to identify risks and seek guidance when needed.
• Open to feedback and continuous development.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of assigned game projects, from planning through delivery.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones and priorities.
• Coordinating across functions to ensure efficient workflow and alignment on scope.
• Monitoring progress, risks and blockers, and supporting teams to resolve issues.
• Facilitating project kick-offs, milestone check-ins and reviews.
• Keeping Team Lead and stakeholders informed about progress and decisions.
• Participating in review cycles to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identifying workflow/tool improvements to boost quality and collaboration.
