About the role

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage and improve offering related processes in Fortum Sweden Entrepreneurs and Small (E&S) business in a customer centric way.
  • Manage and execute on offering related processes and implement development initiatives.
  • Execute Fortum E&S strategy and prioritize local activities together with the Senior Business Manager and Offering Development Manger.
  • Participate in the local E&S Leadership team work.
  • Ensure regulatory and internal compliance for the Swedish offering portfolio.
  • Implement and manage technical part of customer journey processes, such as product build, training, product material, invoicing and renewal.
  • Gather customer feedback and attend local customer centricity fora to identify actions for improved customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and participate in development projects, to improve our business and offering portfolio.

The position is temporary until January 2027.

About you

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:

  • At least 2 years of work experience from a similar role, in addition to an academic education within business.
  • A strong business understanding and ability to execute on product related processes in a customer centric way.
  • Strong collaboration skills, as well as good presentation skills.
  • Fluent skills (both written and oral) in Swedish and English.
  • Prior work experience in the electricity retail business, alternatively work experience in a subscription based business with a focus on product and process management, is considered beneficial for the role.
