Job summary

Phyron AB in Stockholm is seeking an OEM Data & Content Manager to own day-to-day data coverage, asset standardization, and brand consistency across OEMs.

You will secure imagery and metadata from OEM portals and data feeds, document licensing rights, and build the Brand Book per OEM to ensure consistent visuals and tone. Hybrid work in Stockholm with occasional travel to OEMs and events.

Qualifications

• Experience managing content or data at scale in structured-content environments.
• Attention to data completeness and accuracy.
• Ability to establish and run daily operational processes without a playbook.
• Comfort across international markets, including European model lineups.
• Experience with licensing and OEM relationships is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own coverage against OEM data and asset standards for all supported models.
• Secure sources for imagery, video, specs, and metadata and document licensing rights.
• Build and maintain a Brand Book per OEM.
• Oversee central content library with tagging and rights-tracking.
