Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with industrial equipment or complex engineered systems.
- Experience in product development or technical project work in industrial environments.
- Experience with 3D CAD; Creo experience is a plus.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to validation.
- Develop and improve products for industrial freezing applications.
- Design, execute, and evaluate tests on concepts and prototypes.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, and drawings.
- Track development milestones and deliverables with cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and service to implement new solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement for product performance and reliability.
