Job summary

Siemens Energy in Västerås is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Subregion Coordinator to lead complex Nordic energy projects and coordinate regional execution across engineering teams, suppliers and sites. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage risks and ensure on‑time delivery with a focus on cost, quality and safety.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 5+ years of PM experience in energy or related sectors, and fluent English plus a Scandinavian language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• Min 5 years of project management experience in energy, industrial, or technically complex environments.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects with cost, schedule, quality and risk responsibility.
• Strong technical understanding to lead discussions on engineering challenges.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent English and at least one Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer projects from initiation to completion with successful delivery.
• Act as the primary customer interface, managing stakeholders, risks and performance.
• Coordinate activities across customers, engineering teams, suppliers, factories and site personnel.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for cost, quality, schedule and safety.
• Coordinate and support Project Managers within the Nordic subregion.
• Channel initiatives and consolidate information.
