Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec is seeking a Finance professional to manage Nordic entities. You will handle day-to-day accounting, month-end closings and financial reporting, while coordinating VAT and statutory filings with external advisors and partners.

You will participate in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, driving process improvements and working with the Finance Manager Nordic to ensure continuity across key finance matters. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Strong accounting knowledge with month-end closing and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Nordic entities, including general ledger, reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
• Prepare and coordinate VAT, tax and other statutory reporting in cooperation with external advisors and local partners.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the Nordic business; prepare internal management reports and analyses.
• Contribute to development and improvement of finance processes, routines and internal controls for efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with the Finance Manager Nordic to ensure continuity across key finance matters.
