Banyan Software is seeking a Finance Manager for the Nordics, based in Stockholm. You will lead accounting, treasury, FP&A, reporting and finance systems across a portfolio of software businesses, collaborating with offshore resources.

This leadership role requires 10+ years in finance/accounting, a CPA/CA designation, and fluency in Nordic languages and English. Hybrid work and Acquisitions integration experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance/accounting experience.
• CPA or CA designation; US GAAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance function for a portfolio of companies with support from internal and offshore resources.
• Prepare timely GAAP financial statements, board reporting, budgets, and KPIs.
• Drive accounting accuracy, revenue recognition, and variance explanations.
