Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking a Service Team Leader – Nordics based on-site in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will lead a 7-person Field Service Engineer team across Sweden and Norway, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency and delivery of service revenue targets.

The role involves travel up to one week per month, organizing schedules, reviewing quotes, and coaching the team to hit KPI targets while maintaining close customer relationships and high standards of

Qualifications

• Significant field service or technical service experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background.
• Experience with service operations: planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Experience managing service KPIs: On-Time Delivery, First Time Fix Rate, First Time Install Rate.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize the team's daily and weekly work schedules and ensure engineers have parts and information to complete jobs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and escalations and book visits as needed.
• Review and approve service quotes and ensure proposals are technically viable before presenting to customers.
• Support service sales by identifying renewal and growth opportunities on client sites.
• Travel roughly one week per month to visit customers and the Norway office, staying close to the team and business.
• Track service KPIs and coaching the team to achieve targets.
