Job summary

Orica Sweden AB is seeking a hands-on People & Capability Specialist – Employee & Workplace Relations to support operations across the Nordic region. You will partner with leaders, employees and unions to advise on a broad range of employee relations matters and ensure fair, compliant practices.

In this role, you will work with Sweden, Norway and Finland leaders to manage investigations, performance conversations and organisational changes, aligning with regional and global teams for impactful

Qualifications

• Experience working within HR, employee relations and workplace relations or a similar people-focused role in a unionised environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation, collective agreements and HR best practice.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to influence, challenge and coach leaders through complex people matters.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English; Norwegian and/or Finnish language would be meritorious.
• Experience with SAP HR systems is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the Nordics on employee and workplace relations matters.
• Support managers through performance, talent, development, and organisational change initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and employment obligations.
• Foster strong relationships with unions and employee representatives, supporting consultation and engagement.
• Drive HR policy implementation and continuous improvement across the region.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver impactful people solutions and annual people programs.
