Job summary

Arup is expanding its Rail leadership in Sweden and the Nordics, driving growth and ensuring delivery across major rail and transport infrastructure projects. You will work with railway owners, operators and design partners, coordinating diverse teams to secure outcomes in technically challenging environments.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in rail, proven leadership in complex projects, and fluency in Swedish, Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading complex rail, metro or transport infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles and client engagement.
• Fluency in Swedish, Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary rail and transport projects and programmes.
• Act as Project Director/Leader/Design Manager on complex assignments.
• Build trusted relationships with rail clients and partners.
• Lead strategic pursuits and client engagement.
