About the Role
As Nordic Operations Excellence Lead, you will drive operational excellence and support data-driven decision making across the Nordic region. Your main focus will be developing dashboards to monitor supply chain performance, analysing data for optimisation, and collaborating with both the Nordic and headquarters’ Supply Chain teams. You will also contribute to sales and market analysis, present insights to leadership, and help implement best practices in supply chain and office functions. The role also includes responsibility for office administration.


Key responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for supply chain performance.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Conduct competitor and market analyses for accurate forecasting.
• Present actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in local and global supply chain projects.
• Provide backup and support to the Nordic Supply Chain Manager.
• Coordinate product life cycle management tasks and ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with sales analyses and present key data insights and performance metrics.
• Support Monthly Business Reviews with commentary and analysis.
• Help implement best practices across supply chain and other office functions.
• Assist Nordic Operations with projects and ad hoc tasks.
• Oversee office administration tasks, including facility management, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.

Qualifications:
In order for you to succeed in this role you should have:
• Vocational training or degree in Supply Chain Management alternatively a degree in Business Administration, Finance or the equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within sales or business analytics, controlling, budgeting, or supply chain management.
• Experience from monitoring supply chain performance metrics and leading supply chain projects is considered a big plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience in interpreting data, trends, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to facilitate cross-function and cross-national collaboration.
• An independent, structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.
• English (written and spoken) on a professional level and an additional Nordic language.
• Excellent Excel skills; and good proficiency on other Office tools. Experience in an ERP tool is a plus.
