Job summary

Damstahl AB seeks a Managing Director to lead the Nordic sales organisation from its Malmö base. You will drive sales, market development and financial performance across Sweden, Norway and Finland, reporting to the Group CEO.

Expect travel about two days per week to stay close to the business and markets. You will build growth-focused capabilities, translate strategy into executable plans, and foster a culture that supports long-term value creation in a leading stainless steel distribution

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Director or Managing Director in B2B industrial distribution preferably with warehousing operations.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable objectives and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify new market segments and business opportunities across the Nordic region.
• Strengthen market position and develop the product mix in prioritised areas.
• Represent Damstahl in negotiations, industry forums and trade fairs.
• Assume overall responsibility for operations and performance in 3 Nordic countries.
• Translate strategy into concrete objectives and action plans.
• Act as culture ambassador and align the organisation to current and future business needs.
