Job summary

Tieto Caretech is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to join the Nordic Market team and drive growth across the Nordic region. You will translate customer needs into architectural concepts, work with Product and Delivery teams, and engage senior stakeholders to shape winning solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Business Developers, and Delivery to ensure proposed solutions align with product roadmaps and customer outcomes, while contributing market insights to refine our offering

Qualifications

• Experience in solution architecture or a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to connect business needs with technology and practical solution design.
• Deep experience with complex software solutions and integrations.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior level.
• Proactive, structured and able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Fluent in a Nordic language and English.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers and Business Developers across the Nordic countries.
• Translate business and customer requirements into solution concepts, architecture overviews and proposals.
• Become a trusted advisor for customers.
• Connect with senior stakeholders at customer sites.
• Present our solutions and explain how they can support customer priorities.
• Coordinate input from Delivery teams when shaping solutions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions and delivery considerations.
• Share customer and market insights to support go-to-market efforts.
