Qualifications

• Proven experience from a media agency or similar in communications strategy, media planning and client management.
• Strong understanding of Swedish and Nordic media landscape across digital and traditional media.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple campaigns.
• Analytical capability with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and structured mindset with a growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day‑to‑day contact for key client relationships, driving trusted business dialogues and high client satisfaction.
• Own project execution, timelines, and campaign follow-up across creative, media, and external partners.
• Develop cross-channel media plans (Digital, Social, Programmatic, TV, OOH, Print) aligned with client goals.
• Plan and execute direct media buys, documenting media plans.
• Collaborate with internal MM&D teams to ensure channel alignment.
• Monitor, optimize, and report campaign performance against KPIs.
• Present post-campaign results and actionable recommendations.
