Job summary

Karo Healthcare in Stockholm is seeking a Nordic Brand Manager to lead the strategic development of FLUX and MABS across the Nordics, with Sweden responsible for local execution.

You will shape the brand strategy, drive innovation and portfolio management, and coordinate with Sales, Category, Commercial, Innovation and Supply teams to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Brand Management experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Personal Care, Oral Care, or Retail.
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience building brands strategically with strong commercial execution.
• Hands-on experience with NPD, portfolio management and product launches.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, strong stakeholder management in an international matrix.

• Take full ownership of MABS in Sweden, ensuring successful local execution and performance.
• Develop long-term brand and portfolio strategies based on insights.

What you'll be doing

• Own the Nordic brand strategy for FLUX and MABS, driving long-term profitable growth.
• Take full ownership of MABS in Sweden, ensuring successful local brand execution and commercial performance.
• Develop long-term brand and portfolio strategies, identifying growth opportunities, white spaces, and future innovation platforms based on HCP and consumer insights.
• Build and deliver the innovation pipeline, including new product development, line extensions, packaging, pricing, and channel strategies.
• Lead Nordic media and content strategy, defining target audiences, communication platforms, and creative direction together with media and content specialists.
• Develop scalable Nordic marketing communication and assets while supporting local teams with market-specific execution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Category, Commercial, Innovation, and Supply teams to ensure best-in-class commercial execution.
• Own the annual marketing planning process, marketing investments (A&P), P&L, KPIs, and brand performance analysis and reporting, continuously optimizing based on consumer and market insights.

• Minimum 5 years of Brand Management experience, ideally within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Personal Care, Oral Care, or Retail.
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience building brands strategically while delivering strong commercial execution.
• Hands‑on experience with innovation, new product development (NPD), portfolio management, and product launches.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand communication, media strategy, and content development.
• Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets, P&L, KPIs, and business performance.
• Experience working with pharmacy brands, oral care brands, or healthcare professional communication is highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in an international matrix organization.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and turn strategy into action.
