Job summary

TTI Europe is seeking a Back Office Support to join the Nordic Product Marketing Team. You will support Sales in the Nordic countries, handle quotes with manufacturers, manage quote structures, and admin order-backlogs from a GP perspective.

In this role you will generate internal reports, collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Sales, and contribute to a structured, detail-oriented office environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Good Swedish and English verbal- and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• A structured mindset with eyes for details
• Strong administrative, organizational problem-solving skills
• Accountability and capability to work within a team
• Capability to drive your professional development by being active, taking initiatives and willing learn new tasks.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Basic product and general administrative support to our Sales teams
• Request/Negotiate/Maintain special quotes with our manufacturers
• Maintain structure of special manufacturer quotes internally
• Administrate and approve order-backlog from a GP-perspective
• Generate, review and administrate different internal reports
• Work closely with, and provide back-up to, the Product Manager and Sales department
