Job summary

Ruby Group in Stockholm is seeking a hospitality professional to join our team on a night-owl schedule. You’ll greet guests, craft cocktails and snacks, and help with breakfast service, while keeping operations smooth during night hours.

Fluent Swedish and English are essential, plus a friendly personality and willingness to learn and multitask in a Lean Luxury environment that values personality and soul.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel industry preferred.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Willingness to learn and multitask in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and ensure they feel at home.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks and ensure smooth service.
• Assist with breakfast buffet preparation and set tables for the morning shift.
• Oversee night shift and maintain the property and guest comfort.
• Handle end-of-day closing duties and keep operations on track.
• Share insider tips with guests and point to local hotspots.
