Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking 3 experienced Java Developers with strong hands-on Keycloak and Identity & Access Management experience to develop and support secure backend applications and authentication services.

This assignment combines Java backend development with identity security, working across microservices, API security and authentication integrations. You will work across distributed systems with containerised deployments, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Java development experience, including Java 11/17+.
• Significant hands-on Keycloak experience in production environments.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT and SAML.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle or MySQL.
• Working knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience developing secure REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems.
• Practical knowledge of SSO, RBAC, MFA and identity federation.
