Blykalla seeks a Modularization Lead to make the SEALER reactor cost-effective by design. You will own the modularization agenda across the reactor development program and influence major design decisions.

You will sit at the table with product and engineering leaders, driving standardization, interfaces, and factory-fit concepts. Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a plus. Stockholm office-based role with a collaborative, rigorous environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in modularization, design-to-value or industrialization of complex engineered products.
• Proven track record of moving a product toward standardized, factory-built modules and COTS components.
• Hands-on with design-to-value methods – target costing, cost teardowns, value engineering.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive design-to-value across our reactor development program – break cost, availability, and schedule targets to system level.
• Implement design-to-value ways of working in the design and engineering team – processes, reviews, rules, tools.
• Define and own the modularization strategy and roadmap – degree of modularization, module boundaries, standardized interfaces, path to fleet.
• Drive component standardization and COTS – standard before custom across systems and plant units.
• Enable a reactor designed for factory production – off-site fabrication, pre-testing, transport, fast site assembly with suppliers.
