Job summary

King is seeking a UI Artist to shape and produce the visual interface for a new original IP mobile game. You will craft high-quality assets across menus, HUDs, events, and live features, ensuring readability and polish within Unity-driven production.

Collaborating with Art Direction, UX, Design, and Tech, you will create iconography, panels, and interfaces that support the game’s visual identity and player experience.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with high-quality UI art for mobile games.
• Excellent iconography with readability at small sizes.
• Strong illustration skills for stylized, playful game visuals.
• Solid understanding of layout, composition, typography, color, hierarchy, and clarity.
• Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents.
• Experience creating UI assets for Unity.
• Ability to prepare clean, optimized, implementation-ready assets.
• Good understanding of mobile UI constraints and readability.
• Experience working with art direction and established visual styles.
• Strong communication and feedback-taking.
• Polish, consistency, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality UI assets for mobile gameplay, menus, HUDs, events, and live features.
• Create clear, readable, and polished icons, buttons, panels, badges, frames, and interface elements.
• Develop illustrative UI elements that support the game’s visual identity.
• Work from wireframes, UX flows, and art direction to create final UI visuals.
• Maintain consistency across UI screens, systems, and feature updates.
• Prepare assets for Unity implementation with correct formats, naming, slicing, and optimization.
• Support the creation of UI style guides, templates, and documentation.
• Collaborate with UX, Design, Tech, and Art Direction to ensure UI is beautiful, functional, and production-ready.
• Contribute ideas to improve readability, usability, and visual quality.
