Job summary

Axis Communications is seeking software engineers to build the engine and the UI for our COT platform, enabling AI training for real-world analytics. You will work in a collaborative, cloud‑native environment using Python, React, and modern data services to ship robust, scalable software that powers camera-based AI.

Expect hands-on work across design, architecture, and implementation, with opportunities to influence product direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong foundation in Python and cloud-native engineering.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and data storage.
• Experience with React and data visualization.
• Team player mindset with collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with MLOps, test automation, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated Self-Service training pipelines using Python.
• Orchestrate data flows between cloud storage and processing services to ensure high-performance training loops.
• Build the Quality Gates that automatically validate model accuracy and performance.
• Build and customize the React UI to visualize AI data for users.
• Design dashboards to visualize accuracy, precision, and recall.
• Bridge the gap between raw metadata and a smart user experience.
• Participate as a dedicated and collaborative team member and communicate with stakeholders.
