Job summary

Xenit AB is seeking an experienced M365 Solutions Architect to join our Information Management Team. You will engage with customers from first conversation through delivery, understand their business, design target architectures, and maintain consistency from development to production.

You will participate in pre-studies, architecture and delivery, estimation and planning, development projects and pre-sales activities, shaping secure, scalable information management solutions using SharePoint

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Architect with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server in hybrid environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot and Azure.
• Experience in AI prototyping and pre-studies.
• Proven ability to estimate project work in quotes and in delivery.
• Architectural collaboration with developers in delivery projects.
• Experience with on-site workshops and customer meetings at decision-maker level.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-studies, architecture and delivery, estimation and planning.
• Develop digital workplaces with document management, intranets and Teams workspaces.
• Design target architectures and ensure consistency through production.
• Lead presales activities including solution proposals and customer meetings.

We are looking for a M365 Solutions Architect to join our Information Management Team. You'll work with customers from the first conversation through to delivery. You'll understand their business, design the target architecture and keep the solution consistent all the way to production.

You’ll take part in pre-studies, architecture and delivery, estimation and planning, development projects and pre‑sales/sales.

Examples of potential assignments

• Developing digital workplaces – document management, project management, intranets, archives, contract management and Teams workspaces.
• Working on hybrid solutions where SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server work together, so sensitive information can be stored securely on‑premises while users still get the benefits of the cloud.
• Secure information management in sectors such as defence, energy and pharmaceuticals – where laws and information classification set the rules.
• Preparing organisations for Copilot and AI so they can adopt them securely and in line with their information protection rules.

We believe our next M365 SA has

• 5+ years as an Architect working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server, including hybrid environments.
• Good experience with Microsoft Copilot and Azure.
• Skills in AI prototyping.
• Experience taking part in and leading pre‑studies.
• Experience of estimating project work in quotes and in delivery.
• Experience of working as an architect in development projects, together with developers.
• Solid experience of Azure DevOps in development projects.
• Experience and confidence in doing on‑site workshops.
• Proven experience of designing business solutions together with the customer's organisation.
• Experience of presales, including solution proposals, quotes and customer meetings at decision‑maker level.
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• It is a bonus if you have:
• Previous experience as a M365 Developer.
• Have a degree in a related field.
• Experience from organisations with high security requirements, for example under the Swedish Protective Security Act (Säkerhetsskyddslagen) or classification models such as MSB's.
• Experience with document management and ECM, including platforms such as Documentum, OpenText or M-Files.
• Microsoft Purview and information classification.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
