Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in biomedical sciences or related field.
• Hands-on experience with microscopy workflows and image analysis tools.

• Experience in customer-facing roles with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Flexible mindset for post-sales and occasional pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Support customers after onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption and satisfaction.
• Develop and refine analysis workflows tailored to ongoing customer projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to maintain relationships and drive renewals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
• Occasionally qualify new leads and support early-stage discussions.
