Job summary

Qliro is seeking a Merchant Underwriter Advisor to join our risk and onboarding teams in Sweden. The role focuses on evaluating merchant risk, AML compliance, and due diligence to support informed credit decisions.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to refine onboarding processes and ensure rigorous risk controls while contributing to business growth. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and 1–3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in underwriting, risk assessment, or related roles within payments or financial services.
• Ability to evaluate risks from multiple angles with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate merchant risk by reviewing applications and ensuring fraud prevention and AML compliance.
• Support credit risk analysis on incoming business proposals and present recommendations to the Credit Committee.
